Treatment ByHoney and cinnamon
Honey is a natural antibiotic it has antibacterial nature and it helps in creating or making your skin smooth and beautiful.
Cinnamon-common name (Dalcheeni)
Cinnamon has also anti-microbial properties and it fights against bacterial infections and help to repair damage tissues of the skin.
Method to use it.
First of all, you have to Roast cinnamon at a little high temperature and then make a powder of roasted cinnamon.
Now mix1 tablespoon of each of it i.e. honey and cinnamon and make paste of it
Apply this paste on pimples and after 15-20 minutes wash your face with cold water, now you have beautiful and clean skin.
If anyone has greater number of pimples or pimples with pus then you can repeat this 3-4 time in a week

By using ice
Ice reduce redness and swelling of pimples, It washes away dirt dead skin cells and other impurities
Method to use.
To apply this method you have to take one cube of ice covered with a clean towel or hanky then apply or rub gently this ice on pimple

Take half teaspoon of potato juice and pinch of cinnamon (dalcheeni), make a paste by mixing both of these and now apply this paste on effected part of skin for 20 minutes and then remove it from water or using clean cotton.
d) By Papaya juice (for sensitive skin)
Take 1 drop of raw papaya juice and apply it on effected part of skin for 20 minutes and remove it by using clean cotton.
Note: All these methods are Hundred percent safe and proven
(iii) Apply Aloe Vera Gel
Take Aloe Vera gel either natural of artificially market-based and now take some leaves (3-4)
Of Mint and crush them and mix mint leaves paste with aloeVera gel and apply the paste for overnight, and when wake you will make wow it works.
Repeat the method for 2 -3 times in a week if you have a large number of pimples.

4. Foods to avoid
All of the acne sufferers must avoid these foods to get rid of pimples and acne
a) Milk and dairy product should be avoided because it contains cow pus that enhances formation of pimples.
b) Chocolates and sugar must be avoided these two can trigger acne formation.
c) Fast foods like potato chips, pizza, burger etc.

6. Precaution while having acne and Pimples
1. Do not poke up your pimple
2. Poke up means never try to burst your pimples and acne.
